The mermaids below have been sold, but they give you an idea of what I have done and can do for your customized creation (bearing in mind that a custom doll based off one below may look similar, but will not be the same).

PLEASE NOTE: RavenCrow dolls are not intended for small children or for play purposes. They have small parts and features (hair and wings, for instance) that can be damaged by rough handling.

The Orange Mermaid-- Last doll of 2006. The color image of this mermaid actually hit me when I was finishing the Royal Mermaid (below), but it wasn't until I was commissioned to create a mermaid to match an undersea wall mural created by a friend's daughter that I got to put the pieces together. As always, the mermaids prove the hardest to photo--hang them up and they sway and turn, tuck them into position, as in this photo, and they look short. The Orange mermaid is approximately 27" tall from top of her head to tip of her tail.

Royal Mermaid-- This mermaid was made for one of my best friends' daughter. The request was for purple--these pictures don't capture the colors and irridescence of this mermaid. Forgive the backgrounds, please! *Note--this doll is my interpretation of a mermaid by Julie McCullough...but very different from hers :)
